About the Shogi Bond

The Shogi Bond was founded in 1981 by six players. Today, the organization is responsible for hosting the Dutch Shogi Championships, maintaining ties with the Japanese Shogi Association, and managing the official classification and ranking of Shogi players in the Netherlands. Their goal is to make Shogi more widely known and accessible throughout the Netherlands.
