This event wil be a lecture about how to start making your own silicone prosthetics at home. I will explain how to make your own plaster molds and how to pour the silicone so no air bubbles will remain in your end product. We will talk about what products you need to apply the silicone prosthetic to your skin without risking any allergic reactions. Work safety is an important point about FX make-up. 

Een lezing over hoe je zelf protheses kunt maken en wat je nodig hebt om dit thuis te doen. Je leert meer over het werken met siliconen en hoe je een prothese veilig kunt aanbrengen.

Tijdens deze lezing leg ik uit hoe je thuis kunt beginnen met het maken van je eigen silicone protheses. Ik vertel hoe je zelf gipsmallen maakt en hoe je siliconen giet zonder dat er luchtbellen in het eindresultaat achterblijven.

Daarnaast bespreken we welke producten je nodig hebt om een schiliconenprothese veilig op de huid aan te brengen, zonder risico op allergische reacties. Veilig werken is een belangrijk onderdeel van FX-make-up en krijgt daarom ook uitgebreid aandacht.
