Yonkoma, the Japanese term for "4-panel manga", is a fun and popular storytelling format. In this creative workshop you’ll design your very own! Led by a professional storyboarder, you’ll learn how to structure a funny, dramatic or heartwarming mini-story in four panels. No drawing skills are required, just your imagination and love for manga!

Have you always had a story idea in your head, but never been able to put it on paper? This is your chance to bring it to life. In this creative workshop, you’ll explore Yonkoma, the classic 4 panel manga style. The session will focus on understanding the structure of Yonkoma, using colour to strengthen your storytelling, and discovering your own “moe”: the subject that sparks your passion. During the workshop, you’ll have space to experiment and receive friendly feedback in a supportive environment.
