Cosplay Posing Lecture

Want to take your cosplay or J-fashion photos taken at conventions or during photoshoots to the next level? Visit this interactive lecture, and learn easy and practical tips and tricks on what to do in front of the camera! Anyone can join this lecture, beginners and advanced models and photographers alike!

During this interactive lecture, Yomi (@yomiscreactivefragment) and Lisa (@c3lestial_cosplay) will share practical tips and tricks for posing in front of the camera. Everyone is welcome to join: from beginners to those with more experience in posing. From cosplayers, to Harajuku style fashionistas, and to photographers who would like to learn more about how to assist their models. The lecture will touch upon what to do during a quick photo opportunity in the convention hallways, and on how to take your big off-con photoshoot photos to the next level.

From the big basics to the tiniest details, from solo poses to posing as a big group, from fierce to cute, from how to work with props to how to work with big capes and dresses, this workshop will include as many things as possible in our time slot! We will also be taking audience requests, so if you have a specific cosplay character, difficult pose, or unique vibe or theme you need help with, we invite you to join our lecture and let us know your request! Even though the workshop is lecture, you are free to sit and listen as much as you are free to join us and try out poses on the spot. Tijdens de workshop kun je ook verzoekjes indienen: heb je een specifiek cosplaypersonage, een moeilijke pose of een uniek thema waar je hulp bij nodig hebt? Laat het ons weten en we helpen je graag! Hoewel het een lezing is, kun je kiezen om alleen te luisteren of direct mee te doen en poses uit te proberen.
