Dango Workshop

Let's make dango together, Japan's traditional street snack! Once you can make dango, you're a true Japan enthusiast.

We shall explain how traditional Japanese dango have been enjoyed throughout Japan. 
The dango you will learn to make in this workshop is Mitarashi Dango (Sweet Soy).

We shall demonstrate the entire process from the raw rice flour to shaping the dango 
and preparing the Mitarashi sauce, providing a full tutorial so you can recreate it at 
home. You may also take your handmade dango home with you.
