Traditional Japanese cooking
The traditional Japanese cuisine is known for its subtle flavors, unique preparations, and medicinal properties. Come and learn how to make exquisite Japanese dishes inspired by traditional Japanese temple food, Shojin Ryori. Think of goma dofu (sesame tofu), hijiki with freeze-dried tofu, Japanese pickled cucumbers, Miso-umeboshi marinated tofu, and more.
