This demonstration will include a presentation of the Kendo equipment needed to practice the sport, along with some historical context and insights into the philosophy and traditions behind it. You will also see demonstrations of techniques and various exercises, as well as explanations of the etiquette and its importance. The demonstration will culminate in real-time sparring between practitioners.
