Mochi workshop

Join us for a hands-on mochi workshop where participants can watch a live mochi-making demonstration and learn traditional techniques for creating authentic Japanese mochi. You’ll have the chance to taste freshly made mochi, craft your own mochi in various shapes and flavors, and take your handmade creations home. This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in Japanese culture, food, and fun interactive experiences.


We prepare a variety of fillings in advance, including classic sweet bean paste
 as well as seasonal and modern flavors. The workshop focuses especially on
 teaching how to make mochi dough and how to wrap the filling, using techniques
 that are easy to replicate at home. 



The experience begins with a tasting of our signature Matcha Cream Mochi.
 After tasting, the instructor will lead a step-by-step live demonstration,
 showing how to prepare and handle the mochi dough, and teaching the essential
 techniques to wrap the filling neatly and form beautiful daifuku.



Following the demonstration, participants will make their own daifuku using the
 prepared fillings. You will learn practical, easy-to-replicate techniques, including
 how to handle the soft dough, adjust thickness, and shape the daifuku properly.



At the end of the workshop, you can pack your handmade daifuku into a
 presentation box, wrap it simply, and take it home. These creations are
 perfect for enjoying at home or sharing with friends and family.
